Indiana Tech's Hurley Wins Weekly Women's Bowling Honors
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Women's Bowler of the Week Award, presented by Tarkett Sports Construction, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.
This week, SID's have chosen Indiana Tech's Libby Hurley as the Women's Bowler of the Week. Hurley was the top WHAC finisher at the Greater Detroit Open on Saturday, leading the Warriors to their fourth WHAC win of the year and a regular season title. The freshman rolled a 681 three-game series, averaging 227. This is her first bowler of the week honor this season.
