UNOH's Garron Named Men's Golfer of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Golfer of the Week award, presented by PCC Sports earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's. 

This week, WHAC SIDs have chosen UNOH's Guillermo Garron as Golfer of the Week. The junior from Santa Cruz, Bolivia won the WHAC Fall Preview tournament by three strokes, carding below par in all three rounds. He finished with a five-under 208, matching the program's second-best 54-hole result all-time and its best since 2018. Garron shot 68, 70, 70 and his efforts helped lead the Racers to the team title at the event.
