Event Information for Jan. 24 WHAC Greater Detroit Open
ALLEN PARK, Mich. - The fourth and final WHAC bowling event, the Greater Detroit Open, is set to take place this Saturday, Jan. 24 at Thunderbowl Lanes. A reminder that admission is charged for all WHAC-sponsored events. This cost is $12 for adults and $8 for seniors (60+) and students. Children 5 and under are free.
All ticketing is done through our partner, Hometown Ticketing. Purchasing tickets online, via the link below, is strongly encouraged. You may also purchase at the door with cash or credit card. Doors open at 7:30 a.m. with bowling beginning at 8:00 a.m. The format includes three team games and 16 baker games.
Event organizers would like to remind spectators that they will not be allowing chairs, stepstools, and ladders to be brought into the center. There will be a limited number of seats available along the concourse area. Outside food and drink of all kinds are prohibited and will be monitored by Thunderbowl staff.
