Aquinas and Cornerstone End Season in NAIA Pool Play
SIOUX CITY, Iowa - The historic seasons for both Aquinas College and Cornerstone University Women's Volleyball programs came to a close during the pool play round of the NAIA Women's Volleyball National Championship last week. The Saints, champions of the WHAC regular season and tournament, dropped a heartbreaker in the opening game against Lewis-Clark State then was swept in their second match by Northwestern (Iowa). Cornerstone lost 3-0 to Indiana Wesleyan and 3-1 to IU-Kokomo to conclude its season.
