SHU's Conrad and Richards Sweep Final Weekly Track Awards
The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Outdoor Track and Field Athletes of the Week, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.
WHAC SID's have selected Linnearia Richards (Siena Heights) as the Track Athlete of the Week and Margherita Conrad (Siena Heights) as the Field Athlete of the Week. Richards hit a trio of A standards in the 100 hurdles, 400 hurdles and long jump and won both the long jump and 400 hurdles. Conrad won the pole vault with a mark of 4.10m, an NAIA A-standard.
