UNOH's Eisner, RCU's Howes Named Player of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Women's Soccer Player of the Week Awards, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, WHAC SIDs have chosen UNOH's Sophia Eisner as the Defensive Player of the Week and Rochester Christian's Oliva Howes as the Offensive Player of the Week. 

Eisner, a sophomore goalkeeper from Aicha Vorm Wald, Germany, wins her first WHAC weekly honor. She made six saves in a scoreless draw with #17 Marian, including a double save off a penalty kick. RCU's Oliva Howes wins her second Offensive Player of the Week honor, scoring a pair of goals in a two-match week for the Warriors. 

PCC Sports specializes in the construction and design of artificial turf fields, running tracks, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and surfacing of tracks/courts. PCC Sports is a rapidly growing company based near Kansas City, MO and has a footprint throughout the Midwest and Southern United States. PCC Sports is affiliated with ASBA, FieldTurf, Beynon, and a member of Post-Tensioning Institute.
