Vetchayanvivat Repeats as women's golfer of the week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its latest Women's Golf Player of the Week award, presented by Tarkett Sports Construction. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information departments and selected via a vote by conference SIDs.

For the second time this spring, the honors remain with Lawrence Tech as Tanawan Vetchayanvivat has been named the Women's Golfer of the Week.

Tanawan Vetchayanvivat led the Blue Devils to a strong second-place team finish at the LTU Heritage Hill Classic. Competing on a par-72 course, the junior carded rounds of 74, 83, and 77. Her opening-round 74 (+2) set the tone for the tournament, ultimately landing her in a T-7th individual finish in a field of 49 golfers. This marks Vetchayanvivat's second weekly honor of the spring season.
