LTU's Schickele Wins Golfer of the Week Honors

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Women's Golfer of the Week Award, presented by Tarkett Sports Construction, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, WHAC SIDs have chosen Lawrence Tech's Alix Schickele as the Women's Golfer of the Week. Schickele won the WHAC Fall Preivew at Stonehedge Golf Club last week. The junior from France shot two-over 74 in all three rounds to win the tournament and help her team claim the team title as well. This marks her first Golfer of the Week honors this season.
