Lawrence Tech wins WHAC Fall Preview

AUGUSTA, Mich. - (Team Results | Individual Results) The 2025 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Confernece (WHAC) Fall Preview concluded on Tuesday afternoon at Stonehedge Golf Course. The 54-hole event included 36 holes on Monday with the final 18 played on Tuesday. Last season's WHAC champions, Lawrence Tech, continued their stellar play, claiming the Fall Preview title to sit atop the 12-team field. 

The Blue Devil's Alix Schickele earned medalist honors, shooting three consecutive +2 rounds of 74 (74,74,74 = 222) to hold off teammate Tanawan Vetchayanvivat who shot 77, 78, 72 for a 227. Teammate Wariya (View) Turongkinanon was third with a three-round 229. The top five individuals were rounded out by UNOH's Kudzai Mandava (76, 81, 74 = 231) and Cleary's Lauryn Jerke (75, 78, 69 = 232)

Lawrence Tech shot 909 as a team, besting second place UNOH (967), Cleary (998), Aquinas (1,007) and Madonna (1,038) to round out the top five. 

Next up for the conference is the WHAC Championship, which will take place at a new location this year, The Players Club in Yorktown, Ind. The two-day event will take place April 20 & 21.
