Bethel Claims First WHAC Men's Volleyball Regular Season Title
The 2026 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Men's Volleyball Regular Season Championship was claimed by Bethel University, their first in program history. The Pilots concluded WHAC play with a stellar 17-1 record to earn the title and claim the top seed in the upcoming conference tournament. The Pilots concluded the regular season with a 19-5 overall mark and are ranked 10th in the NAIA.
Indiana Tech and Lourdes finished tied for second with identical 15-3 marks in WHAC action. Indiana Tech holds the tiebreaker over the Gray Wolves to earn the first round bye and the No. 2 seed in the WHAC tournament. Defending champion, Lawrence Tech, finished fourth with a 12-6 mark followed by Cornerstone with a 9-9 record. The final two tournament-qualifying team was Mount Vernon Nazarene with its 8-10 conference record. Tournament quarterfinal action starts on Tuesday evening with the semifinals and finals to be hosted by Bethel this Friday and Saturday. Tournament details can be found on the WHAC tournament page.
