Badarne, Bosley and Doladille Named MVB Players of the Week

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Men's Volleyball Player of the Week Awards, presented by Tarkett Sports Construction, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, WHAC SIDs have chosen Lourdes' Jaber Badarne as the Attacker of the Week, Indiana Tech's Nolan Bosley as the setter of the Week and Goshen's Mathis Doladille as the Defender of the Week.

Badarne led Lourdes to a big 3-2 win over Indiana Tech last week. The senior from Israel tallied a team-high 22-kills (4.40 per set) on a .327 hitting percentage. He also added three blocks, four digs and a pair of service aces.  

Bosley was stellar at the setter position for Indiana Tech last week. The senior had 45 assists in the five-set thriller against Lourdes and followed it up with 44 assists in a four-set win over Mount Vernon Nazarene. He also added six blocks, 15 digs and two service aces.

Goshen's Doladille averaged 1.30 blocks per set during two road wins last week. He totaled 11 block assists and two solo blocks in addition to nine digs.
