UNOH's Perez wins second weekly tennis honor

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Men's Tennis Player of the Week Award, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, the WHAC SIDs have chosen Lucas Perez (UNOH) as the player of the week. Perez went 4-2 last weekend in matches against University of Toledo, Case Western and Wayne State. The junior was 2-1 at #3 singles and 2-1 at #1 doubles against the NCAA competition.
