UNOH Baseball Repeats as Regular Season Champion
For the first time in program history, University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) has claimed back-to-back Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) regular season baseball titles. The Racers claimed their fourth-ever WHAC regular season championship and third in the last four seasons. They did so this season with a 26-2 record in conference action. They will earn the first of two autobids to the NAIA National Championships and will be the top seed in the upcoming WHAC tournament in Grand Rapids.
Concordia University-Ann Arbor finishes in second place for the second consecutive season with a record of 22-6. Indiana Tech finishes in the three spot with a 20-8 record after winning two against Aquinas (19-9) on the final day of the regular season.
The WHAC tournament features the top eight teams and will be hosted by Aquinas College and Cornerstone in Grand Rapids. Games will take place at Meijer Park and Cornerstone University with action starting on Wednesday, May 30. Details can be found at our WHAC Tournament Page throughout the event.
