Redmon and Revere Earn Baseball Weekly Honors

The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) has announced its Baseball Players of the Week Award, presented by PCC Sports, earlier today. Student-athletes are nominated by their host institutions' sports information department and selected via a vote by conference SID's.

This week, the WHAC SIDs have chosen Kyle Revere (Madonna) as the Player of the Week and Noah Redmon (Indiana Tech) as the Pitcher of the Week. Revere helped Madonna to a 3-1 week, hitting .538 with a 1.333 slugging percentage. The senior shortstop hit four home runs, driving in 13 runs and scoring five. Redmon appeared in two games last week, making one start. He helped throw a combined no-hitter in the win over St. Ambrose. He struck out 17 in nine innings.
