2007 WHAC Baseball Championship Tournament
Hosted by Indiana Tech (Fort Wayne, IN) The 2007 Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference Baseball Championship Tournament will be held Thursday May 3, 2007 and Friday May 4, 2007 at the home field of the 2007 WHAC regular season champion. Saturday May 5th will be reserved as a rain date if necessary.
Tournament seeding will be determined by final standings of regular season. All games played on one field, unless inclement weather forces two field necessary. Seedings will be announced following final regular season games.
Tournament Bracket Day One Games - Thursday May 3rd G1: #2 Madonna def. #3 Aquinas, 9-3 G2: #1 Indiana Tech def. #3 Aquinas, 7-3 (Aquinas eliminated)
G3: #1 Indiana Tech def. #2 Madnna, 4-1
Day Two Games - Friday May 4th (two teams remain after day one scenario)
G4: #1 Indiana Tech def. #2 Madonna, 4-3 (Madonna eliminated)
CONFERENCE TOURNAMENT CHAMPION: INDIANA TECH * Tournament follows NAIA Baseball Coaches Association guideline for three-team tournament. * There will be a brief awards ceremony following the championship game for presentation of championship trophies and All-Conference teams. |
