Tihomirova, from Riga, Latvia, posted 59 kills over two matches at the WHAC championship tournament, including 33 in a 3-2 win over Indiana Tech in the league semi-finals.  The junior outside hitter came back the next day with 26 kills and five digs in a 3-0 sweep of Cornerstone to give MU the league tournament championship.  For the week, Tihomirova posted 59 kills, 8 digs and 10 total blocks and was named the 2007 WHAC Player of the Year following the tournament.

Grinvalds, a sophomore setter from Portage, Michigan, tallied 125 assists in two matches at the WHAC championship tournament,  including 71 in MU’s 3-2 semi-final victory over Indiana Tech.  Grinvlads came back to record 54 assists in a 3-0 sweep of Cornerstone for the WHAC tournament title.  For the week, Grinvlads posted 125 assists and 26 digs, an average of 15.63 assists per game and was named to the All-WHAC fist team following the tournament.

Gatt, a senior from Livonia, Michigan, posted 47 digs over a two match stretch including 25 in MU’s 3-0 WHAC tournament championship win over Cornerstone.  The Crusader senior notched 22 digs in the WHAC semi-final win over Indiana Tech.  Gatt was named the WHAC Libero of the Year following the tournament.
