Tihomirova, from Riga, Latvia, posted 41 total kills in a pair of wins for the Crusaders, including a team-high 23 in MU’s 3-1 WHAC title clinching win over Indiana Tech. Tihomirova added 18 kills in a non-conference win at Warner Southern (Fla.) Saturday. For the week, the junior outside hitter totalled 41 kills, two digs, three aces and 12 total blocks while hitting at a .318 clip.

Grinvalds, a sophomore setter from Portage, Michigan, tallied 91 assists over two matches, leading the Crusaders to a pair of wins. Grinvalds assisted 44 times in a four-game win at Indiana Tech while adding a dig and six block assists. She followed up with 47 assists, three digs and two block assists in a 3-0 victory at Warner Souther (Fla.). For the week, Grinvalds tallied 91 assists, four digs and eight block assists while averaging 3.5 assists per game.

McCune, a sophomore defensive specialist helped the Wolves to a 3-1 record on the week by posting 66 digs and eight aces over the four matches. McCune tallied 24 digs in a key 3-1 win over Cornerstone, cementing Michigan-Dearborn’s #2-seed in the upcoming WHAC championship tournament.
