Radu Popa and Alisa Reshetnikova of Northwestern Ohio were named the Men's and Women's Tennis Players of the Week in the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC).

Notes: Radu Popa went a perfect 5-0 over the weekend at the ONU Spring Invite. The Invite included three dual matches for the No. 5 Racers against three Top-15 opponents, and the Racers went 3-0. He helped UNOH claim a program-best 10-straight team wins to start a season while also picking up its first-ever victory over a Top-5 opponent against LWC. In doubles, he and Iustin Baciu rank No. 7 in the NAIA and No. 4 in the East Regional. They defeated the No. 10/5 duo from No. 15 ONU, 8-3, the unranked tandem from No. 4 LWC, 8-6, and the No. 4/3 team from No. 10 CSU. The sophomore is unranked in singles, he battled ONU's No. 34/7 player but no result was finalized. He went on to beat LWC's unranked opponent 6-3, 6-3 before completing the flawless weekend with a 6-3, 6-4 triumph over the No. 18 player in the region from CSU.

Notes: During the three-match weekend against NAIA Top-25 opponents, Alisa Reshetnikova went a near-perfect 5-1 with the lone loss being a narrow 7-9 decision during the match against No. 2 LWC. She and her partner Amanda Schneider ranked No. 8/3 in the Oracle/ITA rankings and defeated the No. 7/2 duo from No. 17 ONU with a decisive 8-2 finish. They also trumped No. 5 CSU's pairing, 8-3. In singles, she provided the Racers with three points with victories over the No. 22, No. 16, and No. 41 players in the nation while ranking No. 33 herself. No. 15 UNOH picked up its first ever win over a Top-5 opponent with a 5-2 triumph over No. 5 Cardinal Stritch.
