Indiana Tech 4, Georgetown 2  box score
Sophomore Brandon Alger went the distance to help third-seeded Indiana Tech defeat second-seeded Georgetown (Ky.) 4-2. Alger hurled 135 pitches and had only one difficult innning, the ninth, as he upped his record to 8-2 on the year. Tyler Arthur (10-1) suffered the loss for Georgetown.

Top-seeded Tennessee Wesleyan steadily built a comfortable lead and coasted to an 11-5 victory over No. 3 seed Indiana Tech. The Bulldogs scored at least one run during the first five innings in building an 11-1 cushion. Tennessee Wesleyan delivered the big blow in the fifth as it pushed six runs across in the frame. Indiana Tech scratched out a run in the bottom of the fifth to make it a nine-run game before making things interesting with a three-run eighth to pull within 11-5. But that was as close as the Warriors could get as the Bulldogs held on for the six-run decision. Josh Culler (9-2) collected the win while Tyler Snoke (8-2) suffered the loss.

St. Francis scored a run in the bottom of the first to make it 2-1 before posting three in the second for a 4-2 advantage. Jake Owens belted a solo home run in the fourth to tie the game after Craig Herrman scored in the third. It was the closest the Warriors got as they had a second runner gunned down at the plate to end the inning. Michael Chimera (4-2) snagged the win and Corey Schultz had the save as Eric Zagone (8-4) took the loss.

ERAU's Ben Kline began the inning with a double to deep left field and was bought home by Ian MacGeorge two batters later. MacGeorge's single to shallow center allowed Kline to race home from second. Jeff Lemon collected the second RBI for ERAU in the eighth when he singled in Tyler Robbins from second. Robbins was hit by a Brett Kuebler pitch in a pinch hit at-bat to start the eighth, then moved to second when Adam Cellini sacrificed himself on a bunt. Eaton did not allow a Saints' player to reach second base until the ninth, and Siena Heights was unable to mount any sort of offense. Eaton (7-5) was the winning pitcher and Kuebler (4-5) was the losing pitcher.

The Saints struck first with runs in the second and third to take a 2-0 lead, but AUM scored three in the fifth to take a 3-2 lead. Siena Heights scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth to retake a 5-3 lead, the big blow coming on a Corey Caldwell single through the left side. The next three innings featured three lead changes as AUM scored four in the sixth and one each in the seventh and eighth, while the Saints tallied a trio of runs in the bottom of the seventh. The winning run for AUM came off the bat of Hunter Cross when he doubled down the right field line to bring Brian Wheeler home for the ninth run of the day.
