Siena Heights grabs three Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Outdoor Track & Field weekly honors for last week.
Men's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
Doug Dawson, SHU - A senior from Roseville, Mich., Dawson won the 400-meters at the Spartan Invitational and was a member of the winning 4x400-meter relay team. The sprinter finished the individual race in a time of 47.99 to meet the NAIA standard.

Women's Outdoor Track Athlete of the Week
Cassie Keeping, SHU - The junior From George, B.C. finished fourth in the 100-meter hurdles (:15.40) and fifth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.43) at the Spartan Invitational. She also was part of the third-place 4x100-meter relay team (:48.47) and the fourth-place 4x400-meter relay team (3:58.35)
Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week
Nichole Cavins, SHU - A senior from Monroe, Mich., hit the provisional mark in the hammer throw with a winning distance of 47.3o meters at the Adrian All-American Invite. She placed third in the discus with a throw of 36.42 meters.
