The Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) released its 2011-12 conference honors for men's basketball.
 

The league honored Davenport head coach Burt Paddock as the league's Coach of the Year after he led the Panthers to their first regular-season title with a 16-2 conference record. Davenport (26-4), the top seed in the WHAC Tournament, closed out regular games as the top-ranked defense in the NAIA. Panthers spent most of the season as the third-ranked team in the country and landed at No. 4 in the latest national rating.

Rodney Bartholomew of Indiana Tech received Player of the Year honors. The senior averaged 17.9 points and 11.9 rebounds per game. The senior ended the regular season ranked first in the NAIA with five offensive rebounds per game and was second in total rebounds (335) and total rebounds per game. Bartholomew recorded double-digit points and rebounds in 17 games.

Aquinas wing Joe Powers earned the Newcomer of the Year award after scoring 11.9 points and grabbing 4.1 rebounds per game. The senior was the Saints' second leading scorer in his first season in the league.

Noel Emenhiser of Madonna repeated as the league's Coach of Character award winner for his display of integrity, respect, responsibility, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.

In addition to naming All-Conference players, the WHAC announced an All-Newcomer team and All-Defensive team. Other conference honors include All-Academic, for those juniors and seniors with a 3.25 cumulative GPA, and a Champions of Character team.
