Grand Rapids, Mich. -- Last week in Baltimore,  Aquinas College Women's Lacrosse showed its credibility on the national scene by having Head Women's Lacrosse Coach, Frank Rogers make two presentations at the US Lacrosse National Coaches Convention.

This convention is the largest of its kind and draws coaches from all over the country at all levels. Sessions are conducted through out the two day event and US Lacrosse strives to find the most knowledgeable coaches to present sessions on all sorts of subjects. While most coaches are only asked to make one presentation,  Coach Rogers was asked to make two presentations, a big honor and a indication of the level of coaching we have at Aquinas College.

On Friday afternoon Coach Rogers spoke to over 500 coaches on the art of playing defense in the midfield, on Saturday morning he spoke to over 350 newer coaches on the "how to" of designing and executing a practice plan.
