For the second consecutive week, third this season, Siena Heights University guard Brent Reynolds was named the Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Men's Basketball Player of the Week.
 
The junior from Waterford, Mich. averaged 21 points, seven rebounds, two assists and 1.5 steals during the Saints' 2-0 week. During the two games, he shot 42.4% from the field and was a perfect 8-for-8 at the charity stripe.
 
Reynolds scored a career-high 29 points with eight rebounds and an assist during a 72-59 victory at Madonna University. In a 73-59 victory against Concordia University, he scored 13 points and had six rebounds along with three assists and three steals.
 
On the year, Reynolds is averaging 14.5 points, 4.9 rebounds and ranks 31st in Division II for Total 3-Pt FG Made with 43. SHU is 15-3 and 2-0 in conference play and hits the floor again on Jan. 13 against Aquinas College.
 
In addition to earning the honor the last two weeks, Reynolds was also named the Player of the Week on Nov. 23, 2009.
