Aquinas College won the final Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Jamboree in South Lyon, Mich by 12 strokes with a two-day total of 717.  Madonna University finished second at the Jamboree and won the school's first Wolverine-Hoosier Athletic Conference (WHAC) Women's Golf championship with total stroke tally of 2,481. Caitlin Duval of Davenport University claims the WHAC Individual Medalist spot.
Indiana Institute of Technology finished third in the Jamboree held at Pheasant Run Golf Course and Walnut Creek Country Club.

Tech's Megan Garrison fired a round-low 76 to finish in first place at the Jamboree with a two-day total of 165. Duval of Davenport and Abigail Hagan of Aquinas tied for second place just one stroke back of the leader.

Junior Sara Simnitch finished fourth for the Crusaders and sophomore Chelsea Bathurst tied for 10th as Madonna earned a trip to Rapid City, S.D. for nationals May 25-28.

Although the team championship was secure, the conference's individual medalist needed a three-hole playoff to determine the overall individual champion.  Duval sank a putt on the 18th to force the three-hole playoff with Jamboree winner Garrison of Indiana Tech.  Duval made bogey, birdie and par during the playoff to repeat as champion, winning by one stroke.  With the win, Duval qualified for the national championships in the spring.
